Christmas in Cullman

They loved the parade! We had lots of fun!!

Bailey and Lane at their first parade!! How cute are they! They went and got their pictures made with Santa after the parade! They were not scared and they loved Santa!

Lane loved the sweet potatoes or yams (Hank thinks they are different, he doesn't like sweet potatoes, but he likes yams??) They both love mommy's cooking though!!

Fun Times!!

Hank and I took Lane to Peinhart Farm Day and he got to pet a pig, a cow, a sheep! We bought him a little wooden car that was hand made! He had lots of fun!!

I went to The Candle Garden to Make it and Take it! It is just like a sips n strokes! We did the cross! It was so much fun!! It is hard but we had a lot of fun!!

Fall Festivities

This is Lane, he picked out the pumpkin in the middle! He had a good time! He was just talking to the pumpkins! He made lots of friends!

I took Lane to the Pumpkin Patch on Saturday with Addyson and he was riding on the hay ride! He could not move because I had him so bundled up! But he did not want to sit in my lap! he wanted to sit in the hay!!

Not sure if you can tell by the picture but Lane is actually standing up! He does not do this often and especially by himself! He was showing Bailey how to ride her 4 wheeler. She would ride Lane's 4 wheeler but she would not ride hers!

This was Bailey's Birthday cake! It was too cute! Bailey had a blast at her Birthday party!!

This is Addyson (my Godchild). She won her pageant on Saturday before her Birthday. Her Nana made her outfit!

First Tractor Ride

I believe he can do it all by himself! His first Tractor experience!

Poppa teaching Lane early about tractors! Look he is listening to every word Poppa says! He thought this was cool, especially when Poppa took him around the yard and he drove the tractor!

New Hair Cut

We have 9 teeth too! He is very proud!!

Lane got a new hair cut and he is looking more like a little man than ever!!

Roll Tide Roll

Lane was on his way to the Dr. in style! He was supporting his team! He did have the flu! Please pray for him, he had a rough week last week! I am leaving for Atlanta today! This is the first time I have ever left Lane overnight and I am not looking forward to it!!

After Surgery

Everything went okay yesterday during surgery! He was such a big boy! He makes his mom and daddy very proud of him!

Here is my Big Boy after his surgery! They said he did so good and did not cry when I left him at the door for his surgery..On the other hand mommy did cry only 3 times..I kept it together though!!

Toddler???

Can anyone tell me where my baby went? Lane looks like a little boy a toddler!! He will always be mommy's little baby!!

On the Way Home

Lane is getting his tubes on Tuesday, Sept. 1st @ 5am at Brookwood. I think that this will be a good thing for us! Everyone pray for my little man!

This is Lane on the way home from Daycare! He plays so much that mommy's baby is so tired!!

Growing Too Fast!!

Lane is getting ready to go to his new classroom! He is not walking yet, but they are letting him move up today. He has to have a nap mat! And he eats big boy food!! He looks really excited!

This is Lane this morning eating a few cookies while mommy finishes getting ready!

Well I have a one year old, that will not let me brush his teeth! He has to do it! I will let him brush them while I change his diaper and get him ready and then when I take the tooth brush from him it is a disaster! Screaming, crying, throwing things! Hank said well at least he likes to brush his teeth!!

ENT update

So Lane is going on Prevacid for a week or so to see if he may have reflux and this may be making him cough in the middle of the night! But the Dr. said that we would be doing tubes 2 weeks from Tuesday he thought! I am calling Monday August 17th to schedule his appointment! So pray for my little man!!

Okay so I thought I would be okay taking Lane to his ENT visit by myself! I thought I would be fine, because we were not really having anything done, no shots, etc...Well he hates having his ears looked at and hates having his ears checked for fluid! So I was sweating when we left the Dr.s office! I picked up 5 cookies that Lane threw in the floor, while screaming! I told Dr. Routman that I think I had all the cookies picked up in the room!!

Lane in his overalls with no shirt, Alabama hat, and John Deer boots! Yep you guessed it he is headed to Bank's Birthday party!! YEAHHH! Oh and don't forget he is eating a cookie!

Update

This is Lane in Aunt Laura's van! We went and spent the weekend with Laura and Bailey. I helped move the boxes for her into the garage, so she would not hurt her back! I did not get to much packing done! LOL

Anyway Lane went to the doctor yesterday for his 2nd check-up and his bronchitis was cleared but he has a bad ear infection! So we are going to go to the ENT. I think this is best, he has had about 4 ear infections and 3 episodes of bronchitis! So it is time!! I will let you know! Dr. Joines supsects we will be getting tubes!

We are Mobile

We have big, big news!! We started crawling last night! Lane is finally mobile at 1 year and 1 week old! Hank and I were very excited! Now our life has changed!!

Lans's One year old check up

ya'll pray for my little buddy! He went to the Dr. today and he has bronchitis. This is his 3rd time since November 08. He has never went to the Doctor for any sickness, but every time he goes for his check ups he always has bronchitis! He has had allergies for a long time! He takes Singulair every night before bed. This week he had a snotty nose but that is usual! I just hate having to give him breathing treatments, but it makes him feel a lot better! Just pray that his allergies does not turn into Asthma!!
Anyway he was 25 pounds 12 ounces and 30 1/2 inches long. He has not gained that much from his last visit but I am thinking that he has grown a couple of inches!! I will have to look in his book and see how long he was last time!!

Lane's birthday Party

As you can see, lane had a blast in his cake! It was all over him. He was throwing the cake and it would land on his leg and arms! He opened his presents and acted like he had done this for years!! He had a blast at his party! Thank you guys for everything and being there with us to make the day even more special! We will have great memories!

Back from the BEACH!!

This was Lane at the pool! He loved swimming and playing with his mommy and daddy! Can not believe that he will be one this Thursday!!

Lane absolutely loved the beach! He swam and played in the sand! He was covered from head to toe in the sand at times!! We did not want to come home, we needed a little more time!!
